Middlesbrough clears up after storm

A clear up operation is under way on Teesside after the storm and tidal surge.

A flooded sub station led to a rush hour power cut in Middlesbrough town centre on Thursday and hundreds of people in Port Clarence had to leave their homes after the River Tees burst its banks.
