Ebola exercise held in Newcastle and Gateshead

The emergency services have held a test operation in Gateshead and Newcastle to practice their response in the event of an Ebola outbreak.

Public Health England said there was a "very low risk" of the disease reaching the region but it was still sensible to be prepared for it.
