Covid-19: Fears North East will see surge in mountain rescue calls

A North East mountain rescue team is worried it could see a surge in call outs similar to the one seen after the first lockdown.

Gary Clarke from Cleveland Mountain Rescue fears the situation will worsen when the current lockdown ends as people will come out from their homes after weeks of being locked up.
