Tony Nicklinson's daughter says her father should have the right to die

Tony Nicklinson, 58, from Wiltshire, has locked-in syndrome following a stroke seven years ago.

At the High Court this week he argued that he wants the right to die, and that a doctor should be able to lawfully kill him because he cannot take his own life.

His daughter Lauren Nicklinson told BBC Points West "there would be no happy ending" to the case.
