Two bombs rock Londonderry

Two explosions have rocked the centre of Londonderry.

The blasts went off near a tourist information centre and council offices. Police had evacuated the areas after receiving bomb warnings by phone. There are no reports of any injuries.

The BBC's Mark Simpson said the bombs happened in what would have been a busy area of the city centre.
