German Chancellor heads across lough

BBC reporter Kevin Magee found himself in the company of one of the G8 leaders as German Chancellor Angela Merkel took a late-night boat cruise to meet journalists from her homeland.

The chancellor visited a hotel, on the opposite shore of the Lough Erne resort, on a cruiser accompanied by armed police in high-speed patrol boats.
