Royal Victoria Hospital: A&E 'like a scene from natural disaster'

A patient who spent over 12 hours at Royal Victoria Hospital's A&E department has described the scene as "like a natural disaster".

Stephanie McKittrick who, due to a medical condition, has used A&E services for many years, says the problems faced by staff at the Belfast hospital on Wednesday were the worst she had ever seen.
