'Press ahead' with welfare reform, says Labour leader Ed Miliband

Labour Party leader Ed Miliband has urged the Northern Ireland political parties to press ahead with welfare reform and avoid penalties from London.

In an interview with BBC News NI Political Reporter Stephen Walker, Mr Miliband also said he wants to keep the Barnett formula, a system that sets the amount of money allocated to public services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
