Labour leader Miliband on 'deep discontent' in UK
Labour leader Ed Miliband has said there is "deep discontent" in the UK despite reports that the economy is on the mend.
Speaking ahead of the European election and council elections in England and Northern Ireland, Mr Miliband said Labour could "make a difference".
Mr Miliband said he had the "solidity" of belief and purpose to lead the country after Labour fell behind the Conservatives in two polls.
