Nick Clegg: Don't play 'pass the parcel' over welfare reform

The deputy prime minister has warned the Northern Ireland political parties that they must not ignore financial realities.

In an interview for Sunday Politics, Nick Clegg told the BBC's political reporter Stephen Walker that parties much reach political agreement over welfare reform and the budget.
