Complaints over driving licence union flag removal

Unionists have complained about the exclusion of Northern Ireland from a plan to start putting the union flag on driving-licences.

The flag will start appearing on all new licences later this year but not in Northern Ireland, as BBC Newsline's Mark Simpson explains.
