Prince Charles meeting 'good' says Gerry Adams
Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has described his meeting with the Prince of Wales as "a good engagement".
The two men met both in public and in private during Prince Charles' first engagement of his four-day visit to Ireland.
Mr Adams said they had discussed the need for the peace process to move forward, and the "need to heal relations between the people of these islands and on this island".
It was the first meeting in the Republic of Ireland between Sinn Féin's leadership and a member of the Royal Family.
