£4m in Libor fines will fund an NI Air Ambulance, the chancellor has announced.

An air ambulance in Northern Ireland will be funded by £4m in Libor funds, the chancellor has announced.

Northern Ireland is the only region of the UK which does not have a helicopter emergency medical service.
