Arlene Foster outlines talks proposals on Irish language

DUP leader Arlene Foster has ruled out a "free-standing" Irish Language act in the Stormont talks.

Speaking to BBC News NI she said a package of measures in "recognition" of Irish speakers is being discussed.

Mrs Foster said those measures will not include Irish street signs, Civil Service quotas or compulsory language lessons.
