New nurses in NI discuss their future amid health service pressures
The latest group of nurses in Northern Ireland are ready to begin their careers after graduating from Queen's University Belfast.
They graduate as the health service faces mounting pressure and nurses in Northern Ireland, England and Wales walk out on Thursday in a dispute over pay.
The newly-qualified nurses told BBC News NI how they felt about starting their career in the health service.
