Flooding: Rowing to the rescue of Portadown flood victims
Stefan Douglas has been bringing groceries and medicines to those affected by flooding in Portadown, County Armagh.
It follows several days of heavy rainfall across counties Down, Armagh and Antrim.
He has also assisted in moving some residents out of their homes.
"Needs must, we must get them out and stop them being in danger," he told BBC News NI.
