UK PM David Cameron defends Pakistan terrorism comments

David Cameron has said he does not regret comments he made about Pakistan during his visit to India.

The comments have overshadowed the forthcoming visit to the UK by Pakistan's president.

Mr Cameron told BBC West Midlands radio he had given a "straight answer" because he had been asked a "straight question" about terrorism and Pakistan.
