Lawson: a 'history of incompetence' on MoD projects
Former Nigel Lawson - now Lord Lawson - blames previous Labour and Tory governments for a "history of incompetence" on larger Ministry of Defence projects, which he claims has got worse over time.
He also claims it is a "nonsense" to say there can be no cuts to the health budget.
