Clegg hints at tuition fees cap
Nick Clegg has said he is "uneasy" about the idea of unlimited university tuition fees.
The deputy prime minister told Andrew Marr he regretted making promises he could not keep on the issue because circumstances were "much worse than he could have anticipated".
Mr Clegg also said universities not performing well should be put under pressure and students should not have to pay for their institution's management failings.
