Cameron pledges: 'no change to benefits plan'

Plans to reform housing benefits will go ahead despite concerns that the changes could force thousands of people from their homes.

David Cameron said the government was "going forward with all the proposals... in the spending review".

He added that it was not fair for working people to see their taxes used to fund homes "they couldn't even dream of".
