David Davis would vote against coalition on control orders

Former Shadow Home Secretary David Davis speaks against control orders and would vote against his party if it keeps them saying: "I will oppose it".

He said the "out-of-control orders" have led to wanted people disappearing in the UK with the authorities have no idea where they are.

He also claimed other countries cannot understand why the UK is the "only significant country" not to allow intercepted information to be used in courts.
