Nick Clegg in plea to Lib Dem MPs on tuition fees vote

The Liberal Democrat leader, Nick Clegg, has urged students to take a "final look" at the government's proposals to raise university tuition fees in England.

Mr Clegg says they're the "best possible choice" in "difficult circumstances".
