Ed Miliband: 'Vince Cable should have gone'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has said Business Secretary Vince Cable ''should have gone'' for breaching the ministerial code.

Downing Street has said he will stay in cabinet despite "declaring war" on Rupert Murdoch, although he will be stripped of his powers to rule on Mr Murdoch's bid to take control of BSkyB.

Mr Miliband added Prime Minister David Cameron had made ''the wrong judgement'' in keeping Mr Cable in office.
