Former PM Tony Blair: 'You can count on us'
The former Prime Minister Tony Blair has told the Iraq inquiry that he privately assured President Bush in a statement in July 2002 that "you can count on us" in the run-up to the Iraq war.
The private note will remain secret - despite calls for it to be published by Iraq inquiry chairman Sir John Chilcot.
But Mr Blair, who is being grilled by the inquiry for a second time, summed up its contents in which he said "you can count on us, we are going to be with you in tackling this".
