Prescott: Prisoner votes are a 'human rights issue'
MPs will debate whether people serving time in jail should be allowed to vote in elections.

But some Conservatives are expected to reject the plans.
The former deputy prime minister Lord Prescott spoke to Breakfast News about the debate.
