Larry 'happy' over Downing Street move

A four-year-old tabby, called Larry, is to join the prime minister and his family in Downing street from London's Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.

The arrival follows weeks of speculation about potential pest control measures after a large black rat was seen scuttling past No 10.

Battersea Dogs and Cats Home chief executive Claire Horton said that Larry was "very happy about the move".
