Andrew Neil and James Landale on Theresa May's sex offenders statement

Andrew Neil gets reaction to Theresa May's statement about sex offenders from deputy political editor James Landale, Health Secretary Andrew Lansley and Labour's Douglas Alexander.

The Home Secretary told the House of Commons the government was "disappointed and appalled" over the ruling that not giving offenders the right of appeal was incompatible with their human rights.

The decision means thousands of sex offenders in England and Wales are set to be given the right to appeal against having to register with the police for life.
