No interest rate rise wanted, say Barber and Templeman
Head of the TUC Brendan Barber and Miles Templeman from the Institute of Directors, agree they don't want a rise in interest rates despite gloomy economic news.
They spoke a day before George Osborne's second Budget as UK inflation and borrowing rose again.
