Miliband: 'Overhaul will undermine values of NHS'

The Labour leader, Ed Miliband, has called upon the government to rethink its plans to reorganise the health service.

Under the proposals, GPs will take on responsibility for budgets and commissioning services.

Mr Miliband said the changes would make it harder to meet the challenges of the future.
