NHS reforms: David Cameron remains firm on plans

David Cameron has promised that the government will not take risks with the NHS in England, but has stressed his determination to press ahead with changes.

The coalition' s controversial health bill has been paused for a period of consultation, after angering some health professionals.

In a speech in London, the prime minister said change would be through what he called, "evolution, not revolution".
