Brighton and Hove first city council with Green leader

Meat-free days are among the plans for the incoming minority Green administration at Brighton and Hove City Council - the party's first major British authority.

Adam Fleming spoke to the Green deputy leader Amy Kennedy, Labour group leader Gill Mitchell and Conservative group leader Geoffrey Theobald on the new-style of local government from the Greens and what city residents make of it.
