Fox on Afghanistan: British forces cuts based on military advice

Defence Secretary Liam Fox has given his reaction to President Obama's announcement US troops are to start withdrawing from Afghanistan.

Dr Fox said any reductions in British forces would be "fully discussed at the National Security Council and fully based on military advice".

President Obama said 33,000 US military personnel would be withdrawn from Afghanistan by the end of next summer.
