Defence cuts risk military failure, warn MPs
A critical report by a committee of MPs has warned that cuts to the armed forces mean they will not be able to deliver what is asked of them after 2015.
The Defence Select Committee says the military was falling below the minimum capacity needed to fulfil current commitments, let alone those that may lie ahead.
