Miliband urges rethink on police cuts and CCTV

Labour leader Ed Miliband has called on the prime minister to reconsider cuts to police budgets in the light of recent riots in England.

He said police on our streets "make our communities safer and make the public feel safer".

Speaking in the Commons, Mr Miliband also said David Cameron should re-examine his position with regard to the use of CCTV.
