Labour conference: Rory Weal, 16, the new William Hague?

A teenage William Hague was a conference star in 1977 and an impassioned speech from Rory Weal, 16, this week to Labour delegates has led to inevitable comparisons.

The Labour darling told Jo Coburn why he spoke out against David Cameron after explaining how his family had relied on the welfare state. He was asked about his political aspirations, but explained he has homework to do.
