Conservative conference: Theresa May on police numbers

Home Secretary Theresa May was challenged over police numbers - following a pledge from Boris Johnson - and her planned changes to immigration rules made in her Conservative Party conference speech.

Andrew Neil also quizzed her about a claim that one illegal immigrant could not be deported because he had a pet cat. Later in the interview he read a statement from the judiciary claiming the story was not true.
