Liam Fox row: Civil servants investigate Adam Werritty

Cabinet office officials investigating the conduct of Defence Secretary Liam Fox are interviewing his close friend Adam Werritty.

Mr Werritty has joined Dr Fox on a third of all his overseas trips since the minister came to office, despitre having no official MoD role.

Meanwhile a businessman who met the men in Dubai has sasid he was convinced Mr Werritty was an official adviser to Dr Fox.
