Liam Fox statement to the House of Commons in full
The former Defence Secretary Liam Fox has apologised to the Commons over his links with Adam Werritty, whose friendship led to his resignation as Defence Secretary.
Dr Fox said it had been a "mistake", but said he had "no bitterness nor rancour".
He accepted that he had broken the Ministerial Code of Conduct.
