'We have got to see progress', says Osborne

European finance ministers are gathering for talks on the eurozone crisis, where Germany is expected to come under renewed pressure to allow the European Central Bank to boost the bailout fund for eurozone economies.

As he arrived in Brussels, Chancellor George Osborne said decisions must be taken quickly to tackle the growing crisis, without waiting for Greece or Italy to resolve their political problems.
