Press Complaints Commission's David Hunt on regulation

The former Tory MP David Hunt said the PCC was not a regulator, but a mechanism for dealing with complaints.

He said he wanted to be a blank piece of paper and learn from lessons of the past, as press regulation was highlighted by phone hacking allegations being aired at the Leveson Inquiry.
