Nicola Horlick on High Pay Commission's salary report
Fund manager Nicola Horlick said the pay of some of the top people in the world of business could be justified, despite criticism in a High Pay Commission report.
She said the widening gap between salary levels was a major concern although she had no problem with people being well paid if they delivered.
The report from the left-leaning pressure group Compass, with support from the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, said excessive pay at the top of UK companies was having a "corrosive" effect on the economy.
Ms Horlick then discussed her film with Andrew Neil, Michael Portillo and Alan Johnson
