David Cameron: Growth to come from start-ups
The prime minister expects growth in the UK to come from start-ups, he has told the BBC's Andrew Marr.
David Cameron said unemployed young people should be helped into work experience and apprenticeships.
And he said the government should make it easier for the private sector to expand and to employ new people.
Mr Cameron claimed it was a "sleeves rolled-up" government and "the growth will come from start-up businesses... choosing to employ one or two more people."
