Vince Cable 'not ideologically wedded' to 50p tax rate
Business Secretary Vince Cable has said the Liberal Democrats were not "ideologically wedded to the 50p tax rate".
Speaking to Today's Evan Davis, he added that replacing the 50p tax rate with some form of wealth tax is among a "complex set of negotiations" within the coalition ahead of the Budget.
