Sir Martin Sorrell on Beecroft Report recommendations
Sir Martin Sorrell gave his advice to the government on changing employment rules after the furore over the Beecroft Report, which has divided the coalition over the hiring and firing of staff.
He said Beecroft was heading "in the right direction" as he was aiming for greater mobility.
The advertising boss spoke against TUPE regulations where winning firms have to take on the staff from its losing opponents.
