PMQs: William Hague takes swipe at absent Ed Balls
William Hague carried on David Cameron's mantle for taking a swipe at Ed Balls during prime minister's questions.

He was answering a question about the health service from Harriet Harman, and also spoke against Thursday's planned action by GPs and criticised support for it from shadow public health minister Diane Abbott.
