PMQs: David Cameron criticises shadow chancellor Ed Balls
The prime minister broke off from answering a question about regeneration and ridiculed the shadow chancellor for not listening to him.
David Cameron said Ed Balls was "the most annoying person in modern politics" before the Speaker intervened to ask other MPs to be quiet during Prime Minister's Questions.
The PM later then joked that Labour leader Ed Miliband "may one day agree with me", before he continued to answer Labour MP Joan Walley, as Mr Balls leaned forward to offer the PM a glass of water.
