Ed Miliband: 'Time for change at Barclays'
Labour leader Ed Miliband has called for change in the way Barclays is run, but has stopped short of demanding the resignation of Chief Executive Bob Diamond.
Mr Diamond has insisted he would not be stepping down, saying the loan rate scandal at the bank was the responsibility of a small number of staff.
Mr Miliband said radical reform was needed and he questioned whether Mr Diamond was the man to deliver it.
