Olympics tickets: stadia are very full says Jeremy Hunt
Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt said more tickets have been sold for the London Olympics than for any other Games in history.
He told Martha Kearney on Radio Four's the World at One that "the stadia are very, very full" when asked about the number of empty seats seen by TV viewers.
The problem, Mr Hunt said, was down to tickets in the "accredited areas" that Locog was able to ask for, but not in a position to demand from, those who were not set to use them.
