Jeremy Hunt: Health post 'a privilege'

Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has been demoted to the role of Leader of the Commons in an extensive cabinet reshuffle, replaced by former Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt.

Speaking to the BBC's Norman Smith, Mr Hunt has said that he faced a "huge task" but was "very much looking forward to getting on with the job".
