Cabinet reshuffle: Clarke made Minister without Portfolio

More details are emerging of David Cameron's Cabinet reshuffle.

The former employment minister Chris Grayling is to become the new Justice Secretary, replacing Ken Clarke.

Ken Clarke takes on a new role as a minister advising on economic policy.

He said he was "pleasantly surprised" to still have a cabinet role.
